RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete item, you may request a return or replacement in accordance with this policy.

Because many of our products are handmade, slight variations in color, size, shape, stitch pattern, or finishing are natural characteristics of handcrafted products and are not considered defects.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us process your request quickly, please provide:

  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging
  • An unboxing video showing the condition of the package and product

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may delay or affect the processing of your request.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and reflect the refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges only in the following situations:

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

RETURN SHIPPING

Amoha's will bear the cost of return shipping.

For any other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning products, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items lost during return transit.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

Since many of our products are handmade or made to order, cancellation requests received after production has begun or after shipment may not be accepted.

If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be issued.

REFUSAL OF RETURNS

We reserve the right to refuse any return or refund request if:

  • The return request is made outside the eligible return period.
  • The product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • The product is returned without prior approval.

HANDMADE PRODUCTS

Every product sold by Amoha's is carefully handcrafted.

Minor variations in color, dimensions, stitch placement, texture, or appearance are a natural part of handmade craftsmanship and make every product unique.

These natural variations are not considered manufacturing defects and do not qualify for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
